He graduated at the Faculty of Law of the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, where he matriculated postgraduate studies in Business Law.
Goran has more then ten years professional experience in project coordination and implementation. In this period, Goran was particularly active in public opinion research, social science research, as well as monitoring and evaluation of public policies and data analysis.
Goran is a Senior Research Fellow of PRESPA Institute since April 2020.
