Extending the work on the Twin, Green and Digital Transformation of North Macedonia and the cooperation with the Foundation Open Society – Macedonia, the project “Climate Mainstreaming for Just Transition” aims to contribute to the harmonization with the Green Agenda of the European Union, as well as to the accession of North Macedonia to the European Union.
Through a number of activities, the project meets three short-term goals: to monitor the proper financial management and implementation of green funds; to give recommendations for improving the consistency of funding priorities and legal harmonization; and to improve the compliance of North Macedonia with the goals for sustainable development.
