Mitko Sevrievski, President
Mitko Sevrievski is President of the Managing Board of PRESPA Institute.
He graduated at the European University in Skopje.
At present, Mitko works as Project Coordinator of the Cross-Border Project with Republic of Greece in the area of health protection. He has almost fifteen years of professional experience in office and project administration, as logistics manager and financial manager for non-profits.
Mitko is one of the founders of PRESPA Institute and member of the Managing Board since November 2019. In August 2020 he was reelected as member and chairman of the Managing Board for the mandate period 2020-2023.
Dona Kosturanova, Member (external)
She graduated at the School of Journalism and Public Relations in Skopje.
At present, Dona works as Programme Manager at the Westminster Foundation for Democracy. She has more than ten years of professional experience in civil society as activist for youth inclusion and youth policies, democratization and fight against corruption, as member and activist of the Youth Educational Forum (MOF). In YEF, for five years, she was the President of the organization and later, as from 2014 until 2018 the Executive Director. In her capacity as President of YEF she was a co-founder of Radio MOF. Dona is one of the founders of the National Youth Council of Macedonia, an umbrella organisation of youth organisations, and its first Vice-President. She has worked on multiple advocacy initiatives in the areas of youth, education and civil society, as well as the Berlin Process and the establishment of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office for the Western Balkans. She is alumna of the European Union Visitors Programme in 2019 and the International Visitor Leadership Programme of the US State Department in 2018.
Dona is member of the Managing Board for the mandate period 2020-2023.
Toni Masevski, Member
Toni Masevski is Member of the Managing Board of PRESPA Institute.
He graduated at the Faculty of Economics of the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius and earned a Master’s degree at the Cotrugli Business School in Zagreb.
At present, Toni works as a business consultant and owner of the consultancy “Tri Marks Control” from Skopje. Working in corporate banking, private business, as well as local governance he gained his experience of over 20 years. Additionally, Toni has more than 25 years of experience in civil society, starting from the National Student’s Union, European House Skopje and Sports Centre Skopje.
Toni is one of the founders of PRESPA Institute and member of the Managing Board since November 2019. In August 2020 he was re-elected as member of the Board for the mandate period 2020-2023.
Ida Protuger, Member (external)
Ida Protuger Veljkovik is member of the Managing Board of PRESPA Institute.
She graduated psychology at the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje.
Ida has over 20 years of professional experience in journalism, mainly at editorial positions in several electronic and printed media. She started her career in the news agency MIA, and then worked in Kanal5 TV, the daily “Dnevnik”, Alfa TV and the weekly “Gragjanski”. She was actively involved with civil society and contributed to the democratization of society and promotion of human rights protection. Ida was part of the democratization process of the Association of Journalists and was the President of the Ethical Committee of the Association. Co-authored the publications “The Black Monday” and “What is Gruevizam”. In 2015 she moved to Vienna, Austria where she completed her education and now works as certified Personal Development Trainer and Systemic Development of Organizations and Companies.
Ida is member of the Managing Board for the mandate period 2020-2023.
Vladimir Mircevski, Member (external)
Vladimir Mirceski is member of the Managing Board of PRESPA Institute.
He graduated at the Journalism Studies at the Faculty of Law of the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje.
Vladimir has more than 20 years of professional experience as a journalist. He began his career in the printed media in the mid-1990s, and then switched to TV journalism. He has been part of the Foreign Policy Desks of some of the most influential National Broadcasters. In the period 1998-1999 and again from 2002 to 2003 he worked for A1 TV, while between 2000 and 2002 and again from 2003 to 2009 he was part of the team at Kanal5 TV. He spent four years (2009-2013) at Alfa TV and was for one-year (2013-2014) part of the team at Libertas, the web-portal.
As of 2014 he is part of the TV Show “360 Stepeni” that is broadcasted by TV Alsat-M, while since 2016 he is the correspondent to “Voice of America” in Macedonian.
Vladimir is member of the Managing Board for the mandate period 2020-2023.
